And this is my golden retriever, Scout. He's the reason this site exists.

I spent two decades building websites and online businesses. Then Scout came into my life, and everything changed. I found myself driving to dog parks every weekend, testing out gear, and realizing something:

Most dog park directories are garbage. Outdated info. No real photos. No honest opinions about which park is actually worth driving to. And don't get me started on the gear reviews — half of them are written by people who've never touched a leash.

So in 2026, I decided to fix that. I built USA Dog Parks from scratch — writing every word, taking every photo, and testing every piece of gear with Scout by my side.

Honest Reviews

Every piece of gear we recommend has been tested in a real dog park. If we don't like it, we say so — and we tell you what to buy instead.

Real Park Visits

We don't scrape Google Maps and call it a "guide." We visit parks in person, take photos, and note the details that matter — like whether there's actually a water fountain that works.

No Fluff

We don't write 5,000-word articles stuffed with keywords. We tell you what you need to know, give you the buy link if you want it, and let you get back to your dog.
